Cathleen Kahler graduated from Michigan State University with high honors, earning a Master’s degree in Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Social Work. After graduating, she taught business and psychology at three colleges and worked as a management consultant for small businesses in Charlotte, NC. In 1982, Cathleen co-founded Charlotte Legal Services, Inc. and registered the plan with the North Carolina State Bar, making affordable legal services accessible to Charlotte families and individuals for over 40 years
